Seventy percent of our expressions are communicated non-verbally. Do our expressions convey warmth and trust?
Much of our encouragement to students is really false praise and/or criticism in disguise. Are we continually encouraging while praising only when deserving?
High expectations are necessary for students as they really do want to perform. Are we putting limits on what our students can do?
