I penned these thoughts in my journal the other day: “To live your legacy, you have to have a purpose. To leave your legacy, you’ve had to have lived your purpose.” I must remind educators that we have a collective purpose that is fundamental to the development of humankind. We shape, mold, influence, inspire and educate young lives. This is our purpose. What a great purpose! Let’s continue to live and leave our most noble legacies.
