HEART OF EXCELLENCE

I believe that one of the most important keys educators posses at changing students’ negative behavior and negative beliefs is modeling a heart of excellence.  Educators have the ability to structure success for their students in how they approach, connect and relate.  It’s of utmost importance for educators not to respond to a young person’s condition, but rather, to respond to a young person’s potential. Changing a student’s behavior begins with educators cultivating their own hearts.
